Instead of the Aussie government wasting money testing a mandatory internet filter, maybe it should have just introduced the death penalty for kiddie porn peddlers?

At the IT Priorities Roundtable I was moderating in Singapore recently, the panellists shared a joke about hanging cybercriminals. It was only funny though because nobody would be too surprised if Singapore did introduce such a law!
